As part of my MSc degree in Modeling of Neuro and Cognitive Systems from Université Côte d'Azur, I am currently undertaking a 6-month internship under the supervision of Dr. Romain Lignuel and Dr. Mathilde Bonnfond within the COPHY team at the Lyon Neuroscience Research Center. My research focuses on analyzing local field potential (LFP) data from mice engaged in a perceptual decision-making task, using the International Brain Laboratory open-access datasets. By applying oscillation-dependent connectivity methods, I study interregional communication in the brain, with a particular emphasis on visual areas. I am curious about how the mice brain can predict stimuli and how it learns from errors.
